§ 100.99 PENALTY.

(A) The provisions of this chapter shall be enforced by the Code of Ordinance Enforcement Board as established by Ord. 24-2004 and as codified as §§ 33.180 through 33.193 of this code.

(B) The civil penalties for violation of ordinances and agreements regulating cable television franchises shall be as set forth in §§ 33.192 and 33.193 of this code.
