There is hereby created within the city pursuant to KRS 65.8801 to KRS 65.8839 a Code of Ordinance Enforcement Board, which shall be composed of eight members, all of whom shall be residents of the city for a period of at least one year prior to their appointment and shall reside there throughout the term in office.
