§ 156.042  PUBLIC SITES AND OPEN SPACES.
   (A)   Public uses. Suitable area for public park use may be dedicated to the public or reserved for public purchase. The Township Board may, at its option prior to approval of the final plat, accept or reject such dedication or reservation where it is determined by the Township Board to be in the best interest of the township.
   (B)   Natural features. Existing natural features which add value to residential development and enhance the attractiveness of the community (such as trees, watercourse, historic spots and similar irreplaceable assets) shall be preserved, insofar as possible, in the design of the subdivision.
