(A) Management of the POTW. The POTW shall be and remain under the management, supervision, and control of the village. The Village Director shall administer the facility and the village may employ any others as the village deems advisable to carry out the management, operation, and administration of the POTW.
(B) Standards, rules, orders, and regulations. The village may make any rules, orders, or regulations as deemed advisable and necessary to assure the proper management, operation, and administration of the POTW. The standards, rules, orders, and regulations established in or pursuant to this chapter are for the preservation of the public health, safety, welfare, and to fulfill the obligations of the village with respect to state and federal law and all rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto, and to provide for proper management, operation, and administration of the POTW.
(C) Deny or condition. The village may deny or condition connection to or use of the POTW in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
