§ 35.24 DEFICIENCY ASSESSMENT ROLL.
   Upon receiving information that any special assessment is insufficient to pay for the improvement for which it was levied, the Council shall direct the Village Assessor to prepare a deficiency special assessment roll and certify it, using the same procedures as outlined in §§ 35.21 and 35.22.
