§ 152.178 REGULATIONS.

   The following regulations shall apply in this District:

   (A)   Lot area. A minimum of 3,000 square feet;

   (B)   Lot width. A minimum of 30 feet;

   (C)   Yard setback requirements.

      (1)   Front yard. A minimum of ten feet;

      (2)   Side yard. None; and

      (3)   Rear yard. None.

   (D)   Height of buildings and other structures. A maximum of 45 feet.
