§ 33.24 STATUTORY FUNCTIONS.
   The Village Planning Commission shall exercise all statutory authority and carry out all statutory duties as set forth in M.C.L.A. §§ 125.31 through 125.45, as amended, and M.C.L.A. §§ 125.51 through 125.55, as amended, including the review and approval of proposed public works and public improvements and the review and approval of proposed plats.
