§ 33.05 BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
   The Authority shall be under the supervision and control of a Board consisting of the President or Village Manager and 12 members. The members shall be appointed by the President subject to approval of the Council. Eligibility for membership on the Board in terms of office shall be as provided in Act 197. Each member shall hold office until the member’s successor is appointed.
