§ 33.04 DOWNTOWN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES.
   (A)   Generally. The Downtown District in which the Authority shall exercise its powers, as provided by Act 197, shall consist of the property in the village described on Exhibit A, attached to the ordinance and made a part herein, subject to changes as may hereinafter be made pursuant to this subchapter and Act 197.
   (B)   Original boundaries.
   (C)   Authority District boundaries. Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30,31, 32, 33,107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112, 113, 114, 115, 116, 117, 118, 119, 120, 121, 122, 123, and 124 of the village, according to the plat thereof recorded in Liber 1 of Plats, on page 3, in the office of the Register of Deeds for the county.
   (D)   Amended boundaries.
      (1)   Parcel 1. Lot No.7 of the "Original Plat of the Village of Homer," according to the plat thereof recorded in Liber 1 of Plats, on page 3, in the office of the Register of Deeds for the county;
      (2)   Parcel 2. The following lots, all part of the "Original Plat of the Village of Homer," according to the plat thereof recorded in Liber 1 of Plats, on page 3, in the office of the Register of Deeds for the county: 34, 35, 36, 53, 54, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, and 66;
      (3)   Parcel 3. The following lots or portions of lots, all part of the "Original Plat of the Village of Homer," according to the plat thereof recorded in Liber 1 of Plats, on page 3, in the office of the Register of Deeds for the county: 125, 126 (except for the east 48 feet), 132, 169, 170, 171, 175, 176, 177, 178, 179, 180, and 181; and
      (4)   Parcel 4. The following lots or portions of lots, all part of the Village Assessor’s Plat No.1, according to the plat thereof recorded in Liber 9A of Plats, on page 11, in the office of the Register of Deeds for the county: 13, 14, the north 40.25 feet of the east one-half of 19, and the north 40.25 feet of 20.
      (5)   Parcel 5. The following lots or portions of lots, all part of the Village Assessor’s Plat No.l, according to the plat thereof recorded in Liber 1 of Plats, on page 3, in the office of the Register of Deeds for the county: 127, 128, 129, 130, 131, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 20, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 133, 134, 135, 136, 137, 138, 182, 183, 184, 185, 186, 139, U, X, Y, Z, AA, BB, CC, DD, EE and FF; and all of Mahany’s addition, along with property listed as; HOMER VILLAGE T4S R4W SECTION 6 COMM CENTER OF SECTION S 00*37'30" E 1018.09 FT, S 89*22'30" W 33.00 FT TO W LINE 24-1/2 MILE RD AND POB, S 00*37'30" E 656.36 FT ALONG 24-1/2 MILE RD, TO N LINE M-60, S 88*22'30" E 660.87 FT TO POB 10.00 AC +/-.
