§ 33.01 DEFINITIONS.

For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

ACT 197. Public Act 197 of 1975, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.1651 through 125.1681, as now in effect or hereafter amended.

AUTHORITY. The Downtown Development Authority of the Village of Homer created by this subchapter.

BOARD or BOARD OF DIRECTORS. The Board of Directors of the Authority.

DOWNTOWN DISTRICT. The Downtown District designated herein or as hereafter amended.

PRESIDENT. The President of the Village of Homer.

VILLAGE MANAGER. The Village Manager of the Village of Homer.
