§ 151.088 FIRE HYDRANTS.

The proprietor shall provide the subdivision with fire hydrants of a type, size, and at a location which shall be approved by the Village Engineer. The maximum spacing of hydrants in residential plats shall be 500 feet and in commercial-industrial areas 300 feet. Hydrants shall be placed on a lot so as not to interfere with the location of an expected drive approach.
