§ 151.086 WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM.
   (A)   Water supply system. The proprietor shall construct a water system and cause the same to be connected with the public water supply in the manner directed by and under the supervision of the village. The system shall consist of a minimum of a six-inch water main and a water service to each lot. All water mains must be looped so that water is available from two sources at any point. Fire hydrants, gate valves, and appurtenances shall be installed in accordance with accepted engineering practices and village approval.

   (B)   Sanitary sewer systems. The proprietor shall provide the subdivision with a complete sanitary sewer system which shall connect with a sanitary sewer outlet approved by the Village Engineer. When the approved outlet is not available, the proprietor shall provide either the plans for and installation of a complete sanitary sewer system approved by the Village Engineer and in accordance with applicable provisions of this code or a complete private sewage disposal system on individual lots which shall consist of a septic tank and a tile absorption field or other approved sewage disposal systems when laid out in accordance with not less than the minimum standards of the village and the Health Department having jurisdiction.
