§ 151.085 COMPLETION COMPLIANCE.

The proprietor shall complete the improvements set forth in this chapter before final approval of a plat or shall provide the Village Council with a certified check, a performance bond, or any other security as the village may require, sufficient in amount to cover full faith performance and compliance with this chapter.
