The final plat shall be reviewed by the Planning Commission as to compliance with the approved preliminary plat and plans for improvements. If it determines that the final plat satisfies all village and state requirements, the Planning Commission shall approve the final plat and the approval shall be entered in writing on the plat by the Chairperson or Secretary of the Planning Commission. The plat shall then be forwarded to the Village Clerk for review by the Village Council. The Clerk shall submit the final plat to the Village Council at its next regular session.
