The Village Clerk shall place the preliminary plat on the agenda of the Planning Commission for its next regularly scheduled meeting after the filing date. The Planning Commission shall review the preliminary plat and the comments of the appropriate officials and shall make recommendations to the Village Council as to final approval or disapproval of the preliminary plat, including any reasons for a recommendation of disapproval.
