(A) Rights of proprietor. Tentative approval by the Village Council shall confer upon the proprietor, for a period of one year, approval of lot size, lot orientation, and street layout. The time may be extended if applied for by the proprietor and consented to in writing by the village.

(B) Distribution of copies. The proprietor, upon receiving tentative approval from the Village Council, shall submit the preliminary plat to all authorities as required by the Land Division Act, being M.C.L.A. §§ 560.101 through 560.293.

(C) Copies to Village Clerk. Ten copies of the preliminary plat shall be filed with the Village Clerk for final approval by the Village Council. The proprietor shall also submit a certified list of all authorities whose approval is required in accordance with the Land Division Act, being M.C.L.A. §§ 560.101 through 560.293, together with approved copies of the preliminary plat from each authority.
