§ 151.017 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING.
   The Village Clerk shall place the preliminary plat on the agenda of the Village Planning Commission within 30 days after the filing date at which time the Planning Commission shall schedule a public hearing on the proposed subdivision, provided all the conditions are met. No plat shall be acted upon by the Planning Commission without a hearing thereon. Notice shall be sent to the proprietor by registered mail of the time and place of the hearing not less than five days before the date fixed therefor. Regular mail notice shall be mailed to the owners of land immediately adjoining the platted land within 300 feet, according to the names which appear on the records of the Assessor, of the time and place not less than five days before the date. The notice shall also be published in a newspaper of general circulation within the village not less than seven days before the hearing.
