For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning. For other definitions, the definitions of the Land Division Act, being M.C.L.A. §§ 560.101 through 560.293, shall apply.
LAND DIVISION ACT. The Land Division Act, being M.C.L.A. §§ 560.101 through 560.293, as amended.
PLANNING COMMISSION. The Planning Commission of the village.
PROPRIETOR. A natural person, firm, association, partnership, corporation, or combination of any of them which may hold any ownership interest in land whether recorded or not.
VILLAGE ENGINEER. Any person designated by the Village Council to perform on behalf of the village any review of subdivision plans or the preparation of any plans and specifications for or to oversee the construction of any improvements or designs provided for in this chapter.
ZONING CODE. Chapter 152 of this code.
