Certain documents, three copies of each of which are on file in the office of the Village Clerk, being marked and designated as the most recent Michigan Building and Residential codes, is/are hereby adopted as the building code of the village; for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions, and terms of the most recent Michigan Building and Residential codes are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions, and changes, if any, prescribed in § 150.02.
