§ 131.10 JURISDICTION; VENUE.

The district court shall have equitable jurisdiction over forfeiture proceedings and may hear and determine a forfeiture action or a motion relating to a forfeiture action, and may issue and enforce any order or judgment relating to a forfeiture action.
