§ 130.080 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CUSTODIAN. Any person over the age of 25 years who is in loco parentis to a juvenile.
   GUARDIAN. Any person, other than a parent, who has legal guardianship of a minor.
   MINOR. Any person under the age of 18 years.
   PARENT. The natural or adoptive parent of a minor.
