The village is committed to diligence in assuring equal housing opportunity and nondiscrimination to all aspects of its housing financing activities. The village has an ethical as well as legal imperative to work aggressively to ensure that housing programs comply fully with all state and federal fair housing laws. Persons wishing to file a complaint will be referred to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the State Department of Civil Rights. MSHDA will be notified by the Village Manager if a complaint is filed.
   (B)   The offices of the village are accessible and barrier free. The village will make every attempt to reasonably accommodate all of its customers.

No applicant or contractor will be denied access based on his or her race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, family status, HIV-positive status, or disability.
