§ 94.02 DECLARATION OF NUISANCE.
   Weeds, noxious vegetation and poisonous vegetation, as defined in § 94.01, are declared to be a hazard to the public health and welfare of persons within the village, and offensive to the well-kept appearance of the village and are, therefore, a nuisance.
