§ 93.05 ADVERTISING WASTE PROHIBITED.

No bill poster shall scatter, daub, or leave any paste, glue, or other like substances, used for affixing bills, upon any public sidewalk or pavement or scatter or throw any old bills or waste materials removed from billboards on any public street or alley, private grounds, or in the rear of any billboards or signboards.
