§ 93.03 ADVERTISING PROHIBITED WITHOUT CONSENT.

No person shall, within the business district of the village, paint, post, or in any way affix any pictures, bills, signs, or advertising matter upon any post, fence, billboard, or signboard, or upon any building or structure without the consent of the owner or the person in control of the building, lot, or object.
