For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BUSINESS DISTRICT. The properties on, along or abutting Main Street from Webster Street to M-99, and from M-60 to the alley south of Main Street, including the "traffic circle." The abutting streets shall also include the area from M-60 to the alley south of Main Street.
