Following the receipt of an adequate written notice of intent as outlined in § 92.32, and, after complete inspection and acceptance by the Director of Public Works, a permit will be issued consenting to the work requested in the notice, signed by the Director of Public Works and one member of the Village Council. A fee as established by resolution of the Village Council shall be required to be paid to the Village Clerk upon the granting of the requested permit. The fee will be set on an annual basis and will be reviewed and reset annually.
