§ 92.03 SIDEWALK SPECIFICATIONS.
   All sidewalks constructed or caused to be constructed under the provisions of this subchapter shall be four feet in width and four inches thick, made with a mixture of one part cement and four parts good, sharp gravel, built upon a suitable foundation, and have a good, hard finish.
