§ 92.01 DRIVING ACROSS SIDEWALK; COSTS.
   (A)   Driving across sidewalks. Any person who desires to drive across any sidewalk within the village limits with any motor vehicle shall, before crossing, lay planks at least two inches thick by 12 inches wide on each side of the sidewalk in order to avoid damage to the sidewalk, except in places where the sidewalk crosses a driveway.

   (B)   Costs assessed. Any person who shall damage or destroy any sidewalk because of failure to place planks, as required in division (A) above, shall be liable to the village for the cost of repair or replacement of that sidewalk.
