§ 91.08 ADDITIONAL REMEDIES.
Any action taken by the village to abate any nuisance under the provisions of this chapter shall not affect the right of the village to institute proceedings against the person committing, creating, or maintaining any nuisance in violation of the provisions of this chapter or affect the imposition of the penalty prescribed for the violation. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to be responsible for a municipal civil infraction, as defined in state law and as provided in Chapter 30.
