§ 73.03 PEDESTRIAN RIGHT-OF-WAY.

When any person is operating a bicycle, skateboard, or roller skates on any other sidewalk in the village, that person shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian and shall give an audible signal before overtaking and passing that pedestrian.
