For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BICYCLE. Any wheeled vehicle propelled by means of chain-driven gears using foot power, including single-wheeled vehicles (unicycles), two-wheeled vehicles (bicycles), three-wheeled vehicles (tricycles), and any of these vehicles fitted with training wheels or other wheels to assist in the balancing of the vehicle.
ROLLER SKATES. Any shoe-like device with wheels attached, including ROLLER SKATES, in-line skates, and roller blades.
SKATEBOARD. Any surfboard-like object with wheels attached, including vehicles commonly known as scooters, being surfboard-like objects with wheels attached and a handle coming up from the front area of the board.
