§ 71.01 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this chapter is to establish regulations governing the operation, parking without fees, and the speed of motor vehicles upon the property of Homer Community Schools pursuant to a request of the Homer Community School Board of Education, made in accordance with the provisions of Public Act 175 of 1958, Ch. 48, M.C.L.A. § 257.961.
