105.06   SEPARATION OF YARD AND LANDSCAPE WASTE REQUIRED.
Owners or occupiers of residential premises, dwelling units, single dwelling units, multiple family dwelling units, or any other property which is eligible to receive solid waste collection and disposal service as provided under this Code of Ordinances shall utilize one of the following methods in order to dispose of yard waste, landscape waste, tree limbs and brush:
1.   Disposal of yard waste, landscape waste, tree limbs and brush, originating on the premises referred to above, may be disposed on the premises by mulching, composting or other similar method not in conflict with this Code of Ordinances.
2.   Owners or occupiers of the premises referred to above may also transport yard waste, landscape waste, tree limbs and brush originating on the premises to a designated site at a sanitary disposal project or to a designated area provided by the City for such disposal.
3.   Owners or occupiers of the premises referred to above may also contract with a collector to dispose of yard waste, landscape waste, tree limbs and brush originating on the premises.
4.   Owners or occupiers of the premises referred to above may also dispose of yard waste, landscape waste, tree limbs and brush originating on the premises by burning during designated periods as set pursuant to this Code of Ordinances.
