(A) Final decisions of the Director, or designee, under this subchapter are subject to appeal. An appeal must be filed with the City Clerk within 30 days of the date of the final decision to be appealed. Any appeal not timely filed shall be waived. The City Commission shall hear the requested appeal at a public hearing that shall occur within 30 days from receipt of such request, unless waived by the appellant, and a written decision shall be rendered within 20 days of the public hearing.
(B) Nothing in this section shall affect the remedies available to the City under applicable law.
