§ 38.120 PENALTY.

Violations of this subchapter may be enforced pursuant to § 10.99 of the Code of Ordinances or Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances. Additionally, the City may obtain an injunction or other legal or equitable relief in the circuit court against any person violating this subchapter.
