§ 55.02 EXCEPTIONS.

In addition to the general construction and administration requirements set forth in this chapter, all public utilities other than those providing telecommunication services and open video system services shall comply with the requirements set forth in Chapter 53 entitled "Utility Franchises" of the Code of Ordinances.
