No current member of the City Commission shall either directly or indirectly sell, rent, or lease any realty, goods, or services to the City from any business entity of which the City Commission member, or the City Commission member's spouse or child, is an officer, partner, director, or proprietor, or in which such City Commission member, or the City Commission member's spouse or child, or any combination of them, has greater than a 5% ownership interest.
