§ 121.12 RETENTION OF RECORDS.
   The Secondary Metals Recycler shall retain a copy of records required in § 121.11 herein for not less than five (5) years from the date of the Purchase Transaction and, upon request, shall make them available for immediate inspection by the Hollywood Police Department.
