(A) Application shall be made to the Office of Parking & Intergovernmental Affairs. The application form used for this purpose shall set forth the terms and conditions of the parking privilege to be granted under this chapter. Violations of any terms and conditions contained in the application shall be grounds for the revocation of the parking privilege granted under this chapter.
(B) Should the parking privilege granted under this chapter be revoked for violation of any terms and conditions contained in the application, any and all fees paid in advance shall be retained by the Office of Parking & Intergovernmental Affairs.
(C) The applicant upon approval shall be issued a permit parking sticker or any other authorized type of device which shall remain the property of the City and which must be returned upon the termination of the parking privilege.
