§ 31.06 FINANCIAL IMPACT OF PROPOSED CITY CHARTER AMENDMENTS.
   For all proposed Charter amendments, whether proposed by initiative, the City Commission or the Charter Review Committee, the city's Office of Budget and Procurement Services shall prepare, and the City Commission shall place on the ballot immediately following the ballot question, a separate financial impact statement, not exceeding 75 words, estimating the increase or decrease in revenues or expenses to the city resulting from approval of any proposed Charter amendment.
