§ 10.21 EFFECT OF ORDINANCES CONTINUED, LAID ON THE TABLE OR PASSED ONLY ON FIRST READING.

All ordinances presented to the City Commission that have been either passed on first reading, continued or laid on the table, and have not been placed on a future City Commission meeting within one and a half years of the initial action, shall be deemed to have been withdrawn.
