The director shall work with the Community Development Advisory Board to monitor the success of the program, and provide advice and suggestions as to how the program might be improved from year to year. The total amount paid for administrative expenses in connection with the program, including any costs of employee salary and benefits, shall not exceed 5% of the proceeds of the SHIP funds. An additional 5% shall be allowed by resolution of the City Commission.
