§ 159.05 RECORDS TO BE KEPT BY PARK MANAGER.
   The park shall be in the charge of a Manager who shall require all tourists to register in a book kept for that purpose. Said Manager shall keep a record of the name, address and/or car license number of each occupant of such camp or park, such records to be open to inspection by the police at all times. The Manager shall be responsible for the condition of the camp. He shall designate units to be occupied by tourists and shall inform them of the rules to be observed. All rules of the city and state Board of Health must be strictly observed.
