§ 158.22 LIABILITY INSURANCE.
   No local business tax receipt shall be issued by the Department of Financial Services to any swimming pool agency until a certificate of public liability insurance of the type and with such limits as is generally required of all persons and legal entities doing business in the city shall be deposited with the Department of Financial Services.
