§ 155.75 ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT TO ADMINISTER, ENFORCE.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Engineering Department strictly to enforce all the provisions of this chapter.

   (B)   The City Engineer is hereby authorized, directed and delegated to enforce the provisions of this chapter and all applications for such permits as provided in this chapter shall be made to the Engineer, and he shall have the authority to grant the same in conformity with the provisions of this chapter.
