§ 152.02 NUISANCE, HEALTH VIOLATIONS PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct any farming activities within the city in such a manner as to disseminate dust and obnoxious odors or to cause any nuisance or menace to the health, comfort and safety of any person or the community.
