(A) All notices required to be given to the city under any provision of this chapter shall be deemed served when received through the U.S. mail or delivered by hand in writing during normal business hours to:
To the Qualified Provider:
At the office of place of business designated in the License Agreement
To the City:
City Manager
City of Hollywood
2600 Hollywood Blvd.
Hollywood, Florida 33020
with a copy to the City Attorney
(B) Any notice required to be given to a person, or Qualified Provider under any provision of this chapter shall be deemed given, whether actually received or not, if sent by United States registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid.
