§ 128.42 APPEALS.
      Decisions of a designee of the City Manager which are provided for in this chapter, may be appealed to the City Manager. Decisions of the City Manager which are provided for in his chapter, may be appealed to the City Commission. City Commission decisions shall be made at a public hearing. After hearing the relevant facts, the Commission shall decide whether to uphold, modify or reverse such decisions. Any such appeal must be made in writing, addressed to the City Manager and received at his/her office within 30 days from the date when the action was taken. Appeals to the City Manager shall be decided within 30 days of receipt of written notice. Appeals to the City Commission shall be decided within 90 days of receipt of written notice. The time periods for decisions may be extended at the request of the applicant.
