Reporting. A Qualified Provider shall remit payment as follows:
(1) A License Fee shall be paid monthly on the 15th day following the end of the month as reported on the appropriate form provided by the City.
(2) Fees not paid within by the 15th day after the end of the month shall bear interest at the simple rate of 1% per month.
(3) In the event any License Fees due in accordance with the terms of this chapter are not paid within 60 days after the due date, the City may cancel the License Agreement.
(4) The acceptance of any payment required hereunder by the City shall not be construed as an acknowledgement that the amount paid is the correct amount due, nor shall such acceptance of payment be construed as a release of any claim which the City may have for additional sums due and payable.
(5) Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to limit the liability of the Qualified Provider for all applicable federal, state and local taxes.
